Hosting account transfer from Ensim to Plesk platform
Existing hosting customers who are currently using Ensim control panel can now switch to Plesk servers. We will provide full support during the whole account transfer process to ensure service continuity and to avoid data loss. Normally, the whole transfer process will be completed within 5 working days.

Deployment of Plesk control panel
Control panel is the most important part of hosting services, it determines account manageability, service flexibility, server stability, and ultimately customer satisfaction. Since the initial release of the Plesk 7.1 Reloaded, we have been testing its performance and considering whether it can fulfill our requirements for next generation control panel to be deployed in our servers. Finally, we decide to deploy Plesk control panel in all new hosting servers.

Move-in to KDDI Data Center completed
In view of the ever-increasing demand in overseas and local data traffic from our hosting customers, we decide to move-in to the KDDI Data Centre located in Taikoo Place, Quarry Bay, which provides an outstanding 100Mbps data transfer speed for all of our hosting servers.
To ensure continuity of services and commitment to our server uptime guarantee, we have done full preparation work and testing before server re-location, and then move-in servers to the new Data Centre one by one at midnight.
